Payment Method

Online Credit Card Payment

  1. -Payment by credit card is possible only through the on-line registration system.
  2. -By selecting "Online Card" you can pay online with an e-commerce system. Internet Explorer is suggested.
  3. -All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
  4. -The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Online Credit Card Payment

  1. -Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
  2. -Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email (info@i-coast.org) to the i-CoAST Conference Secretariat.

  1. -Cancellation by August 8, 2025: 100% Refund
  2. -Cancellation after August 9, 2025: No Refund

All bank charges are the responsibility of registrants and registration fees will be deposited with bank charges deducted.
